Every now and then my data feed on ES and NQ connected to teton starts to lag. I then have to restart my sierrachart to fix this. whereas it doesnt lag and runs perfectly fine when my SC is connected to "SC data". I never have problems with data feed when its connected to "SC data" |

The only reason you would have an issue when connected to Teton versus "SC Data" is if you had a problem with the connectivity to Teton. Exactly what kind of "lag" are you seeing? What is occurring? When you have this occur, please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) And let us know the time that the issue occurred. i am not sure what kind of a problem but lag as in the ticks just lag, get stuck and dont move as how they move in "SC data". I always have two installations running - one connected to teton and one to SC data. so i can easily see the difference between tick updates. and also sometimes what happens is the installation connected to teton gets disconnected by itself, which i think could be because of internet but the installation connected to SC data doesnt and runs completely fine. which is strange, so i dont know why that happens. |
