Getting Bid/Ask Pull/Stack data from Numbers Bars Calculated Values 2 using CQG WebAPI

I have a Stage 5 account that I normally use along with the Denali data feed for my charts. In my chartbook I have a chart that uses the Bid/Ask Pull/Stack data from the Numbers Bars Calculated Values 2 study.

Yesterday I opened a Prop account with NextGen Trading and connected to that account through the CQG WebAPI. Everything seems to be working on the NextGen account with my chartbook, but the Pull/Stack data is all zeros in the Numbers Bars study. From what I understood on the NextGen site I needed the Denali feed to make Sierra Charts work on the account so I thought the Pull/Stack data would still be available. Is there a setting I can change to get the data to populate in the study?

Also, I still have the Stage 5 account and will be switching back to it when not trading the NextGen account, but if I'm not connected to that all the time, is there going to be a problem at renewal for confirmation that I have a regular trading account?

Thanks

Offhand, there should not be an issue with the data you are wanting regardless of what service you are connected to. In other words, you should not be having this issue when connected to your CQG account with NextGen Trading.

In order to get the pulling/stacking information into the Numbers Bars Calculated Values 2 study, you need to have the Pulling/Stacking columns initially displayed. It is not necessary to keep them displayed, but when you first start Sierra Chart, the Pulling/Stacking for a symbol will not be calculated until you specificaly add those columns to the DOM. This would be true for any connection, not just CQG though.

Just so you are aware, if you are using a separate computer for the connection to CQG and you have the Sierra Chart connected to Stage 5 connected at the same time, then since you are setup for only 1 system at a time for the data, you would not get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But, you should still get the Pulling/Stacking data. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

This is not an issue. Particularly if you are setup to use Teton for your order routing with Stage 5 - as in this case, you do not need to do anything, your "Verified Until" date will automatically update. But worst case, you would just need to ensure you connect at least once a month. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
