Hi,

I am noticing that my COMEX and NYSE data are delayed but I can't figure out why. I have service package 12, all exchange agreements are active and paid. Funded trading account connected. Is Denali data the issue?

You are not setup to get any real-time data for the COMEX exchange. You have the following CME Group exchange active:
- CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts

If you want to add the COMEX exchange, then refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Changing Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange Selections

We are not sure what you are referring to in terms of NYSE data, as you have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange active, so you should be getting data for NYSE traded equities. If you are referring to something else, then we need more information on what exactly you are looking for in terms of NYSE data.

If you are having a problem with equities data, then what is one symbol for which you are having an issue? We need the symbol exactly as you have it entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".

My Activate services page says Denali Data Feed is active for CME, CBOT, NYSE, COMEX with 3 green check marks. What am I missing?
