I currently have 3 instances all running different prop firms(rithmic execution) using Denali data. Is it possible to continue to trade all 3 props but also runs 4th instance that is SIM or even a live account? All 3 run different strats and I want to still be able to test other automated strats in SIM.

You can have a 4th installation of Sierra Chart on the same computer. There is no limit on how many installations you can have on a single computer.

The issue, however, is that the exchanges only allow for a total of 3 different installations accessing the data at the same time. So you will NOT be able to get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to a 4th installation. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Connections on Same Computer Simultaneously

If you are using that 4th installation for back-testing or development, or anything that does not require real-time data; or if you want to connect it to a trading service from which you can get their data - then you can set the option for "Global Setttings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart data Feeds" to "No" in that installation.

The other option would be to use two different computers. Since you are on the "Integrated Advanced" package, you are allowed to have Sierra Chart running on up to 3 different computers at the same time. But again, there are different restrictions from the exchanges - in this case you would have to pay a second set of exchange fees to get the data to two different computers at the same time. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

Thanks for the reply. I installed a new instance with the plan to use my CQG data from AMP. When I copy a chartbook over, I get messages saying “real time market data only supported with Sierra data feed for symbol: F.US.MNQM26” and also “historical intraday day data download failed historical data only supported with Sierra chart data feed”. I did try to edit>translate symbol to current data. Is CQG not usable with Sierra chart or is there just not historical data loaded? Is there a way to resolve this? If CQG isn’t the answer, would I be able to use rithmic data from a prop firm?

In the case of CQG, CME Group and EUREX data must come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges

CQG is supported but you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with it.

Yes you can do this:
