Hi My chart is connected to data but the price is not moving. It is stack. |

We want you to be aware that the exchange that you had active in April did not automatically renew on May 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. If you want to re-activate the exchange (or change your selections) for the CME Group, then you can do so at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Otherwise, it looks like you are connecting to Rithmic, so without an active exchange with us, you would be getting your data from Rithmic. If you want to continue wihh their data, then make sure you have the 'Data' fields for Username/Password in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" filled out properly. If you have issues with Rithmic data and you have those fields set properly, then you would need to ask Rithmic about the issue.
