Chart price not moving (stack)

Hi

My chart is connected to data but the price is not moving. It is stack.

We want you to be aware that the exchange that you had active in April did not automatically renew on May 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.

If you want to re-activate the exchange (or change your selections) for the CME Group, then you can do so at the following link:

Otherwise, it looks like you are connecting to Rithmic, so without an active exchange with us, you would be getting your data from Rithmic. If you want to continue wihh their data, then make sure you have the 'Data' fields for Username/Password in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" filled out properly. If you have issues with Rithmic data and you have those fields set properly, then you would need to ask Rithmic about the issue.

I have activated the CME data with Sierra Chart but still the problem is not resolved.

You posted 8 minutes before the CME closes for their one hour break. Depending on the symbol(s) you were watching, there may not have been much active trading at that time.

We need to wait for the CME to open again at 17:00 Central US time and see what your charts look like at that time.

I have tried many of the recommendations from the link but still not working. Can i send you the logs or if you can access them yourself and check the issue yourself. i have never had such an issue before.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
