my chart is still delayed for cme how to fix this?

Hi there, my chart is delayed even though i have got the services. Am i missing something? I dont have a live account, am i in the right service?

You have a Non-Professional exchange active. In order to qualify for the non-professional exchanges, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account - and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month. Refer to the following:

Since you state that you do NOT have a live account, you can not get the real-time data at the non-professional rates. An option is given in the link given above, or you would have to pay the Professional rates.

If you are not able to get a live trading account, then you will want to deactivate the exchange that you activated, so you do not get charged for it in June. You did not pay anything for the exchange for this month, as the CME Group gives a one time free trial for non-professional exchanges for the remainder of the month the first time you activate any exchange.
