Teton CME Routing - "No trade accounts assigned" Error

Hi, I am on Service Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) and have paid for the subscription. Ironbeam has confirmed that Teton CME Order Routing is fully enabled on their end and linked to my account. However, when I set "Current Selected Service" to Teton CME Routing and "Clearing Firm" to Ironbeam, I still get this error: "Connection error from service: Teton CME Routing | Connection error: No trade accounts assigned" Can someone please help link my account on the Sierra side? Thank you! |
