It sounds like you have done everything correctly. You need to talk to Ironbeam about this. They do the entire setup. Make sure they have actually completed the setup. And have them double check that your Sierra Chart Account Name is set properly for your Teton account. Your Account Name is how we tie together your Sierra Chart software to your Teton account, so it has to match exactly.
