I have an active Service Package and Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed, and I am connected using Teton CME Routing with a funded trading account. However, my charts still display ‘Delayed’ for CME symbols (e.g., CL, GC). Also, I cannot find the Exchange Data Feed Settings section in my Account Control Panel to activate CME Group data.

Please confirm whether my CME Group non-professional exchange data is activated and properly linked to my account, and advise what I need to do to receive real-time data.

You do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, nor have you had any active since January 2026.

You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:

You now have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active.

We are not understanding what you are asking us to "revert".
