Level 2 data not displaying properly CME

Hello,

I am running Sierra Chart with Crossover, and I have a package 11 with CME market depth subscription. My level 2 data is not displaying when opening the market depth window. I am using the market depth historical graph, and it is only displaying a few levels. My maximum market depth levels to display is set to 0 both in the study and the graph. I have tried browsing the support board and tried to fix it but to no avail.
I previously ran SC on Parallels and had the same subscription with no issues.
I would appreciate any help I could get - thanks.
