Time & Sales not updating in real time (YM, using Rithmic via Bulenox)

The Time & Sales window is not receiving any data in real time for the YM futures contract.

What is strange is that if I run a replay, the historical Time & Sales data appears correctly all the way up to the current moment. So the data seems to exist and is being stored, but it is simply not showing in the live Time & Sales window.

I am using a prop firm account with Bulenox, with Rithmic as the data feed.

I have:

Non-aggregated data enabled
Live market data active
Intraday data storage set to 1 tick

This issue specifically affects YM (CBOT). Charts are updating, but Time & Sales remains empty in real time.

Could this be related to market data entitlements (e.g. CME/CBOT permissions via Rithmic), or is there something else I need to enable in Sierra Chart for live Time & Sales to work?

The most likely cause of what you are seeing are filter settings in the Time and Sales window. These are accessed by selecting "Settings >> Settings Window". Refer to the following and the 5 sections below it:
Time and Sales Window: Input Filtering >> Volume >= | Volume <=

Another possibility is that you have set the colors to be all black for that window. Refer to the following and the 14 sections below it:
