Time & Sales not updating in real time (YM, using Rithmic via Bulenox)

The Time & Sales window is not receiving any data in real time for the YM futures contract. What is strange is that if I run a replay, the historical Time & Sales data appears correctly all the way up to the current moment. So the data seems to exist and is being stored, but it is simply not showing in the live Time & Sales window. I am using a prop firm account with Bulenox, with Rithmic as the data feed. I have: Non-aggregated data enabled Live market data active Intraday data storage set to 1 tick This issue specifically affects YM (CBOT). Charts are updating, but Time & Sales remains empty in real time. Could this be related to market data entitlements (e.g. CME/CBOT permissions via Rithmic), or is there something else I need to enable in Sierra Chart for live Time & Sales to work? The most likely cause of what you are seeing are filter settings in the Time and Sales window. These are accessed by selecting "Settings >> Settings Window". Refer to the following and the 5 sections below it: Time and Sales Window: Input Filtering >> Volume >= | Volume <= Another possibility is that you have set the colors to be all black for that window. Thank you for your response. I have checked the Time and Sales settings: There are no filters enabled (Volume >= / <= are not restricting any data) The issue is not related to colors – text and background are clearly visible and not set to black The window is completely empty in real time. However, when I run a replay, the Time and Sales data appears correctly all the way up to the current moment. This indicates that the data is being recorded, but not displayed live. I am using a prop firm account with Bulenox and Rithmic as the data feed. Bulenox has already reviewed this on their side and confirmed that everything looks correct, and they have referred me to Sierra Chart for further investigation. Could this instead be related to how real-time tick data is being received from Rithmic, or is there something else I need to configure in Sierra Chart for live Time and Sales to work? |

Don't worry about the replay any further. It's good to know that the data will show, but it is no longer relevant. There is no reason for this information to not be showing apart from what we stated previously, and those are apparently set properly, so those are not the issue. Are you actually getting data flowing in the chart itself? Is the price changing in the chart? Are new bars being added? Yes, I am receiving live data in the chart. The price is updating in real time, new bars are being added continuously, and I can follow both price action and order flow directly in the chart without any issues. However, the Time & Sales window is still not showing any real-time data. It remains empty. It also appears that this might be related specifically to YM. When I switch to GER30 CFD, Time & Sales data is displayed correctly in real time. br Diedrik |

Please open a chart for ESM6.CME and let us know if you get the Time and Sales for that instrument.
