Thank you for your response.

I have checked the Time and Sales settings:

There are no filters enabled (Volume >= / <= are not restricting any data)
The issue is not related to colors – text and background are clearly visible and not set to black

The window is completely empty in real time.

However, when I run a replay, the Time and Sales data appears correctly all the way up to the current moment. This indicates that the data is being recorded, but not displayed live.

I am using a prop firm account with Bulenox and Rithmic as the data feed. Bulenox has already reviewed this on their side and confirmed that everything looks correct, and they have referred me to Sierra Chart for further investigation.

Could this instead be related to how real-time tick data is being received from Rithmic, or is there something else I need to configure in Sierra Chart for live Time and Sales to work?
