Sierra Charts is not showing current price

I have Sierra Charts feed and charting I also have IB as trading Platform This morning my Sierra Charts are not reflecting the current price in IB They Are currently stopped at 6:40 am Central Time 17 minutes before this post My chart all have the [M] symbol on them and worked as of 7:00 pm last nite Also, I was told by the SC engineering rep that my data service should be set too IB Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-29 12:02:24

The Message Log did not indicate any problem with mapping the IB symbol to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed symbol and subscribing to data. So there must be some other reason for the problem.
