Hello,

I'm trying to download tick data for DAX.

Relevant Settings:
Symbol: FDAXM26-EUREX (1m)
Load Data Limiting Method (List): Use Number Of Days To Load
Days To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type: 365
Continuous Contract (List): Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover, Back Adjusted

Data/Trade Service Settings:
Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (List): 1 Tick
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds: Yes
Non-Tick Data: 20000
1-Tick Data: 20000
Download Total Volume for All Contracts for Futures Daily Data: Yes
The intra-day chart looks fine (2025-05-02 -> 2026-04-30). However, when I navigate to 'Edit / Download Data - Intraday Chart', I see less than 10 ticks in 2025 and the rest of the data is concentrated in the last 3 available months of 2026.

I've tried hitting 'Delete All Data and Download' several times but had no success.

Good to know: when I set up a 5s chart (2025-05-02 -> 2026-04-30) and export data using 'Export Bar Data to Text File', everything is working as expected and I have no data gaps.

What settings am I missing?

Thank you!

Selecting "Edit >> Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart" you get the Intraday Data Editor. It does not actually download the data. So we do not think this is what you actually used. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart

Most likely, you selected "Edit >> Export Intraday Data to Text File", which exports the data in the data file to a text file. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Intraday Data to Text file

In either case, though, you are only going to see the data for the current contract, as that is what is contained within the "data file" (each contract is kept in a separate data file).

Your options are the following:
1. Export each contract for which you want to get 1 tick data exported separately, then export the data.

2. Set your Continuous Contract chart to be a 1 tick (1 trade) chart, then use the "Export Bar Data to Text File". Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File
