Since I am only trading the ES futures, how do I switch to the CME option? I don't see a $13.50 option in the pulldown menu

I activated the $13.50/mo CME non professional service.

Do I need to deactivate my existing service?

We are not sure of what mean by "deactivate my existing service"?

The exchanges are a separate item from your package. If you want to get data from our Denali Exchange Data feed, then you need to have both active.

Yes, but I pay $46/mo for Denali, and another $40 for something else (which I assume is the CME package I had until today), so total $86

Will my total monthly bill go down to $46 + $13.50= $60?

You pay $46.00 per month for the "Integrated Advanced" package, not for Denali.

You are now paying $13.50 per month for the exchange fees that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Your monthly total will be $59.50. Keep in mind these two items renew at different times.
