Hello, I am experiencing severe data lag and platform freezing on CME symbols (ES and NQ), while Eurex (DAX) works fine. My Message Log shows "Socket closed by remote side" and delays in data records. I have already sent my log for analysis (sent at 17:28:57 on 2026-04-30).Could you please check if there are routing issues with my connection to the Denali CME servers?Thank you.

There is nothing in your log that shows any issues.

"Socket closed by remote side" is normal and does not indicate anything.

If you are referring to "delays" such as noted in the following:
HD Request # 18 | Received 10 Intraday data records from 2026-04-30 17:21:40.573000 to 2026-04-30 17:22:01.667001 (21.1 seconds. Delay: 0.8 seconds)

That is also normal and does not indicate an actual delay - it is related to downloading the historical backfill.
