Can't move my Stop manually on the DOM

Hi Sierra Chart, I am a new user. When trading on Sim, I was able to set up an ATM on the DOM with a stop to breakeven that I could manually trail on the DOM. I am using SC data and trading with Rithmic (Broker is Apex) and when the stop moves to breakeven (breakeven +2-10 depending on range bar size) the stop seems fixed. There is no reason you should not be able to move the Stop manually. There are no settings that prevent this. Our guess is that the move is being rejected by Rithmic for some reason. When you have this issue, look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information there from Rithmic regarding a rejection of the move. l found the reason I could not trail my stop: I had not detached the chart window from the DOM! I can only trail my stop manually on the DOM in either SIM or my Rithmic account when I detach the Trade Window.
