There is no reason you should not be able to move the Stop manually. There are no settings that prevent this. Our guess is that the move is being rejected by Rithmic for some reason. When you have this issue, look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information there from Rithmic regarding a rejection of the move.
