Hey i realized that most of my stocks are NASDAQ but i came across Service Now (NOW) which is listed on NYSE. Weirdly i do have access to NYSE based on the screenshot i provided of my account. I still for some reason cannot find the ticker when i try to find it. Can you please help me understand what i may be doing wrong?

That is not the correct way to search for a stock symbol. The "Search" box at the bottom of the Find Symbol window will only search through the items that are listed in the Find Symbol window. Due to the overwhelming number of stocks, we can not list them all in that window, so that search will not find stocks.
