Hello Sierra Chart Support, I would like to confirm one thing regarding CME Non-Professional verification for COMEX market data. If I activate the COMEX Non-Professional exchange subscription and pay the required Sierra Chart service fee and exchange fee for the first month, is trading account verification (broker statement submission) required immediately for activation, or can the verification be submitted later during renewal or review? My current verification status shows as expired, so I would like to understand whether the first month activation is possible before submitting a new trading statement. Please let me know the exact process for this. Thank you for your support. |

In order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchanges fees, you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges You do need to also have an exchange active and paid for. But without both items (active exchange, and a connection to a live trading account), you will not get the real-time data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional rates.
