Dear Sierra Chart Support, I hope you are doing well. I am contacting you regarding my Sierra Chart account configuration. When I initially created my account, I linked it to my IBKR account. However, I am no longer using IBKR and would like to switch my setup to use my Ironbeam account with Denali Data instead. At the moment, I am not sure how to properly reconfigure or transfer this connection. Could you please advise me on the correct steps to: * Disconnect my account from IBKR * Connect it to my Ironbeam account * Ensure that Denali Data is set up correctly with the new connection If there are any specific settings, services, or subscriptions that I need to change or activate, I would appreciate your guidance. There is nothing you need to change with your Sierra Chart account. And since you are already setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you do not need to do anything with the data. All you need to do is to change the information in your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" from Interactive Brokers to whatever order routing service you are using with Ironbeam. If you are using our Teton Order Routing service with Ironbeam, then follow the instructions at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If you are using either CQG or Rithmic with Ironbeam, then let us know which, and we will give you the proper instructions to connect.
