Study on second chart not entering trades

I have two similar studies running on two different ES charts. There have been instances where, for example, they both attempt to enter longs at 9:45. In this case, only the first study was able to enter a trade. The second study on the second chart did not. Checking the result of the entry from the second study, it says the entry was a success, but checking on rithmic, they never received the trade. Why is this?

If your Trade Activity Log is showing the order, then you would need to check your "Trade Service Log" to see if there is some information on why the order did not go through. But, the Trade Service Log is only going to show information since Sierra Chart started, so if you have restarted that instance of Sierra Chart, then there will not be any information in the Trade Service Log regarding that particular order. If you think the information is still in the log and you want us to take a look, then follow the instructions at the following link to get us the log: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log In the end though, if the order shows properly in Sierra Chart as having been sent, then you would need to check with Rithmic on why they did not get/process the order.
