If your Trade Activity Log is showing the order, then you would need to check your "Trade Service Log" to see if there is some information on why the order did not go through. But, the Trade Service Log is only going to show information since Sierra Chart started, so if you have restarted that instance of Sierra Chart, then there will not be any information in the Trade Service Log regarding that particular order.
