STOCKS: downloading historical data doesn't seem to be working

Hello,
I"m experimenting with looking at stock charts with number bars (not using this for trading yet, so just using the delayed data). I have set my chart to Intraday 1 Day. However, it will not download more than 20 days (data limit set to 100). I've tried to to delete and download data several times, and it won't backfill the data. Ideally I'd like to be able to see 100-200 bars if it's possible to do so.

Thank you.

Thank you for the response.

It seems the issue was the symbol was set to KLAC instead of KLAC-NQTV.

I followed the link above and verified I had those settings in place. It would be helpful to have the difference in the documents between the ticker symbol and the ticker symbol with -NQTV suffix.

Thank you for the help.

Intraday data for KLAC starts at:
Date Range In File From (YYYY-MM-DD): 2008-05-05

In the case of NASDAQ TotalView for that symbol, this is the starting date:
Date Range In File From (YYYY-MM-DD): 2022-07-11

You should have data for KLAC as well as KLAC-NQTV. The suffix of -NQTV in this case should not have made any real difference in the data you were getting, apart from what is noted above in post #4.

As to the descriptions for the suffixes, refer to the following:
