The snippet of the Message Log you gave does not show any issues. Those messages are all normal. If your Message Log is opening automatically, then there would be an entry in the log that has an asterisk (*) at the end of the line. This is how we note those important messages that are causing the window to open. If your Message Log is automatically opening, then we really need to see the entire log after that occurs so we can see what the issue is. There is something not good with your Internet connection. We see this 40 times in the log: 2026-04-23 11:54:11.731 | DTC Client socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. * Make sure you are using a wired Internet connection. Run a speed test and make sure you have the speed that, the ISP has promised. Do not use Wi-Fi. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
