Hello - first apologies if this is a duplicate thread, I searched before posting but didn't find anything. Surprised if I'm the only one seeing this issue.

A significant number of symbols downloaded some bad records last week, where the LOW price for the block is significantly below market price. This results in one very long bar on all intraday charts, which causes the actual price graph to be compressed to the top of the screen. I am using SC Data feed.

If I go edit > edit edit downloaded data - intraday chart, go to date-time [any time before Apr 17) and then click "Delete and Download Data From Current Position to End", the issue is resolved and the chart is able to refresh normally.

My question is - is there a way to have SierraChart bulk auto delete and re-download the last xx days of data for many symbols (or for all symbols in the Data folder)? I don't want to delete and re-download all of the data for my symbols, this is not practical for numerous reasons.

Is there any way to bulk resolve this issue? If not, then I suppose this is a feature request.

Thanks!

There is not a way to "bulk delete and redownload".

But you do not need to go to the Intraday Data Editor in order to delete the data and download from where there is an issue. Refer to the following:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

Also, although we do not know what may have occurred with the symbol MNDY, as we are not seeing any data that shows that spike like you had. But the U.S. Equities feed we get does sometimes show bars extending further than expected. Refer to the attached image for what we are referring to.
