hey.. i paid date fee... all i am doing is 3 hours reading your pages like newspaper... i need live suppport help with my account real data... otherwise i will have to file bbb about how u do business.... you must put here live support. people can connect... to ask smth i am reading 30 minutes how to reach u..
i already chose cme non profesinal , then i chose all 4 of them... i am just waisting time here..... call me or fix this ....

You have activated non-professional exchanges for the CME Group, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for why you need to do this:

When you make a good connection, your "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future for you to be able to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates. You can view this date at the following link:

We also see that you did not fill out your exchange agreements properly. You need to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". You can redo the agreements at the following link:
