Hello, i have been struggling for a bit to solve the following problem:
- i have paid for the Integrated Package 11 for one month and i want to start building and testing an algo, but i can't connect to the Delayed Data Feed; i do not want to connect to any broker account yet, just practice simulated trading. This is the message i get (see img Untitled). I have read the documentation on connecting to delayed data feed but i am stuck at the problem in img2 (Untitled2.).
Please help with solving the issue; thank you

You are currently on the "Integrated Advanced" package with 32 days of Usage Time remaining.

Therefore, you have access to our Delayed Streaming Data. There is nothing special you need to do. You should just be able to open a chart for any symbol for which we have the delayed streaming data (CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities) and you will be getting the delayed streaming data.

One thing to keep in mind, is that sometimes when you first open a chart the historical data will download to the current time, so you will have to wait the 10-15 minutes to pass before your chart will actually start updating, as the data in the chart is ahead of the delayed data.
