Hey! I have a live AMP account and selected Teton order routing. If I select it in Data Services it doesnt connect though. They told me to contact you and ask you to check your side of the problem. Im using the same log in as I used from my free trail version for sierra charts. Im new to this, only used MT5 in the past... Thanks and best regards |

What exactly is occurring when you attempt to connect to your Teton account with AMP? Are you getting an error? If so, what does it state?

For this error, the first thing to check is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Clearing Firm". This should be set to "AMP". If not, then change it to "AMP" and select OK. You should be fine after this. If it is already set to "AMP", then the setup process is completely with AMP for your Teton account with them. Talk to them and make sure they have finished the setup for your account. And also check to make sure that they have entered your Sierra Chart Account Name properly for your Teton account, as this is how the accounts are tied together. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is like the following: pr*********24 There is nothing that needs to be done to setup your account from our end. Do not let AMP tell you that there is - they are wrong. If everything checks out correctly and you are still having an issue, then let us know.
