For this error, the first thing to check is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Clearing Firm". This should be set to "AMP". If not, then change it to "AMP" and select OK. You should be fine after this.

If it is already set to "AMP", then the setup process is completely with AMP for your Teton account with them. Talk to them and make sure they have finished the setup for your account. And also check to make sure that they have entered your Sierra Chart Account Name properly for your Teton account, as this is how the accounts are tied together. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is like the following:
pr*********24

There is nothing that needs to be done to setup your account from our end. Do not let AMP tell you that there is - they are wrong.
