We do not understand what you mean by a "Transparent Background". This does not make any sense to us, as the background is the background. There is option to make it transparent, as there is nothing behind it.

We need more information on what exactly you are trying to do.

You would have to change the "Width" of the bars for that study to make them wide enough to not see the background. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Line Width

The Charts have a specific background color that is set by the following:
Graphics Settings: Chart Background

If you want all your regions to be the same background, then set the color you want in the above setting.

But, in this case it looks like your background is set to "Black", but somehow you have the background for the Main Price Graph (the top graph) to be gray. How did you set that specific background coloring for that region?

If you want to color a specific region's background a certain color, then add the "Color Background Based on Alert Condition" study to that chart, and make sure it has the same region as the region you want to color. Set the color you want in the subgraph for that study. Then set the following for the "Alert Condition" in the "Alerts" tab for that study:
=1

Refer to the following:
Color Background Based on Alert Condition

Problem has been solved. l set the same "chart region" with main graph and volume study. This is what l want.
Thanks Sir, have a nice day
