Dear sir or madam,

Around 2 1/2 hours ago I purchased a one-month service of you for package nr 3. The details in your website (my account management) are updated already, but SC software is still displaying "free mode" and thus I cannot connect to TWS. Could you please update the information in the SC software?

There is a problem connecting to the Sierra Chart Web server.

Most likely Internet Explorer is set to work off-line.

Once the problem is resolved, restart Sierra Chart and enable "Force Login" on the Login window.

The problem was "off-line work" in Internet Explorer.
