Installer Error and No log file found

I got an error when I attempted to do an install of Sierra Chart 2891 on windows 11 via Parallels on MacOs 13.7.8 (intel core i7). SC Has never been installed on this computer before. I can't find any sierra chart log files or directories prefixed with "sierra". Did any sierra files get written or were any directories created? The complete error I received was: "Error Saving Downloaded Files to local system. Stopping installation. Check log. Press install to retry." Note: There was no "install" option given. There was only a button with the label "OK" on it. Please help resolve why this installation is failing and where is the log file?

UPDATE: I found the log file (via a Linked directory?) However, the file appears to upload successfully but it doesn't upload. Here's a snippet of log:

This is a common issue with emulators, where the file structure is somehow different than standard Windows, so the installer is not able to install the files properly.

Use the Zip Installer instead. Refer to the following:
