Installer Error and No log file found

I got an error when I attempted to do an install of Sierra Chart 2891 on windows 11 via Parallels on MacOs 13.7.8 (intel core i7). SC Has never been installed on this computer before. I can't find any sierra chart log files or directories prefixed with "sierra". Did any sierra files get written or were any directories created? The complete error I received was: "Error Saving Downloaded Files to local system. Stopping installation. Check log. Press install to retry." Note: There was no "install" option given. There was only a button with the label "OK" on it. Please help resolve why this installation is failing and where is the log file? UPDATE: I found the log file (via a Linked directory?) However, the file appears to upload successfully but it doesn't upload. This is a common issue with emulators, where the file structure is somehow different than standard Windows, so the installer is not able to install the files properly. Use the Zip Installer instead.
