Hello,

My account has been incorrectly classified as Professional.

I am a private individual trading my own personal funds. I do not work in the financial industry, do not provide financial services, do not manage money for others, and do not work for a financial firm.

My occupation is in the energy sector and is unrelated to financial markets.

Please update my account to Non-Professional status so I can activate CME market data.

For clarity, I meet the CME Non-Professional definition:

- I am an individual trading only my personal funds
- I am not employed by a financial institution
- I do not provide financial advice
- I do not manage money for others

The form is currently locked and I am unable to modify my responses.

For clarity, my prior selection of "Administrative" was due to limited dropdown options and does not reflect my actual activity.

I am a private individual trading only my own personal funds. I have no involvement in financial services, do not manage money for others, and do not provide financial advice.

Please manually update my account to Non-Professional status.

If needed, I am happy to resubmit the form with corrected selections such as "Private Investor" or "Individual Trader."

I am currently unable to receive CME futures market data due to my account being classified as Professional.

This appears to have been triggered by the NASDAQ (CTA/UTP) form, which I do not require.

I only trade futures (ES, NQ, etc.) using my personal funds and meet all CME Non-Professional criteria.

My platform is fully configured (Teton routing + Denali data), but CME data is not authorized.

Please update my account to Non-Professional status for CME so I can activate the required futures exchanges.
