Dear Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with configuring my DOM (Depth of Market) settings. I would like to make a few adjustments to optimize my view, and I hope you can provide some guidance on the following: 1. Fixing Overlapping Numbers / Single Row per Price Level Currently, the numbers in my DOM appear to be stacked or overlapping. I want to configure the DOM so that there is exactly one line per price level. Specifically, how can I set the Bid and Ask volumes to be displayed on the same line as the price? I would like the Bid/Ask quantities to be merged or placed in a single column/cell for each price level, rather than being split or stacked. 2. Increasing the Roll for Bid/Ask Data I would also like to view more "roll" (historical accumulation or extended depth) for the Bid and Ask volumes on the DOM. Could you explain how to adjust the settings to increase the rolling bid/ask data or extend the look-back period? Where in the menu can I make this adjustment? Could you please provide a step-by-step guide or point me to the specific settings menus to achieve this? Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards, |

1. The Market Depth is sent, and displayed, at every tick for the symbol. If you want to aggregate multiple levels together in order to view the numbers easier, then refer to the following setting: Chart Settings: Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) Also refer to the following: Chart Settings: Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) 2. By "roll" we think you are referring to the number of levels displayed in the DOM. We make 1400 levels available for our data. If you are getting your data from us (which you are set to do for the CME and COMEX exchanges) and if you are not getting the full number of levels, then refer to the following: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
