Hello, how do I set the time zone for the chart? Can I access the US Dollar Index VP with my package? What is the code? Besides the official website, are there any other groups or communities where I can get real-time responses?

how do I set the time zone for the chart?

There are two time zone settings in the system. One Global and one for each chart. By default, the charts will use the Global Time Zone, so be sure to set the Global Time Zone to whatever time zone you want to use for most of your charts.

Refer to the following for the Global Time Zone:
Time Zone Setting

Refer to the following for the per Chart Time Zone:
Chart Settings: Time Zone (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times menu)

Can I access the US Dollar Index VP with my package? What is the code?

We do not know what the "VP" means in your question.

We do not have data for the official US Dollar Index from the NYSE. But we do have our own statistic for this with both a USDX (same calculation as ICE) and USD-X (FX related index). Refer to the table at the end of this section:
Sierra Chart Market Statistics: Symbols

As noted on that page, these symbols are found in the "Market Statistics" section on the "Find Symbol" window.

Besides the official website, are there any other groups or communities where I can get real-time responses?

We do not have any groups/communities that we monitor and respond in, apart from our own Support pages.

Hello, I have set the color for my volume by price and changed the color of the chart background, but why does my volume by price still display with conflicting colors? Could you teach me how to set it? Thank you

We are not certain of what you are asking, but we think what you are seeing is due to the vertical spacing of the chart and the setting for "Ticks per Volume Bar" in the Volume by Price study.

What you may be seeing is simply that the data is too compact, therefore you are not able to view the colors of the Volume by Price study properly. This is normal, and requires that you either adjust your scale, or set the "Ticks per Volume Bar" to something larger. Refer to the following:
Volume By Price Study: Ticks Per Volume Bar
