Did you do anything other than duplicate the chart? In particular, did you change the number of days to load, or any specific settings in the Chart Settings (particularly "New Bar at Session Start")?

One of the things we find odd is that the times for the bars are different, which they should not be if the chart was just duplicated.

As to the display itself, we wonder if it is just a scaling issue. Is the duplicated chart displayed on a different monitor with a different screen resolution? If you work on the scaling so that you can view the numbers properly, how does it look?

Refer to the following for scaling the Numbers Bars chart:

One of the things we find odd is that the times for the bars are different, which they should not be if the chart was just duplicated. --> I haven't changed anything. Just dupilcate chart and then it came like that.

When scaling, i can see the numbers but it's all wired data.

I'm going to look more into studies and see if something changed. But i believe something has changed when hitting the duplicate chart which shouldn't. If i happen to see something will let you know.

[Resolved] After comparing both the charts, the studies are the same. But i found where the issue came from.

Did all these
- Removed Chart link
- Cleared out drawings and copy chart drawings from.
- Then i see, this. Chart Settings --> Symbol --> Symbol Settings --> Tick size was moved from 1 to 0.25 even though Auto-Set from data feed is set to NO. For some reason when doing duplicate chart, it's moving from 1 to 0.25

When i changed the tick size back to 1. then it got solved.

Thanks!

The reason for what you are seeing is that you are using a non-standard tick size. We do not recommend doing this. When you duplicated the chart, the system sees this the same as changing a symbol in that new chart, so the symbol settings are being reset, which includes the Tick Size.

Rather than change the Tick Size in order to aggregate the Numbers Bars information, you should use the "Volume at Price Multiplier". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu)

If you are also wanting to aggregate Market Depth information, then use the "Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" along with the option for "Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns
