Rithmic and Denali data feed issue

Hey, when i connect with SC data i get all the date i want but when i connect with Rithmic/Lucid Prop account i get less data. i did the live account activation and enabeld the sierra data support setting. with only SC data on: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1774373498569.png with rithmic on: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1774373341903.png as you can see the [M] is on but i get less data with the same chart settings, just switching from sc data to rithmic pls help clear the situation and thanks in advance |

We can not say if you have the same amount of data in both charts as the Bar Spacing is different between them. You would need to scroll all the way to the left to see what the earliest date is in each chart.

hey both the charts are scrolled to the most left, i made the one with more date bigger to show the difference the sc data chart starts at 2024.11.28 and the rithmic with sierra data starts at 2025.12.14 my setting is to load about 360 days Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-03-24 17:56:36
