everything was working well and suddenly I am missing historical data, I have tried reconnecting to my IBKR account to re verify to the exchange in case that was the problem but that didnt fix it. what happened?

https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1773888286297.png as you can see the historical bars are not fully formed. Im showing a simplified chart here as requested. On my footprint charts you can clearly see volume totally missing for most bars and delta values in low single digits even during NY open. I think my dowloaded data is corrupted. I have tried: reload and recalculate, delete all data and download. None of that seems to work. How can I fix this? Thankyou |

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
