I have read much of the necessary documentation. I've searched the Support sections of the website, but still can't find a fix to the following issue: When new Symbols are added to Column (A) they also appear immediately in Column (B). This appears to be a system error. It is fully redundant and, as far as I know, unnecessary. I can't deduce a 'performance issue' from this. But when I see something like this in software, it tells me something is wrong. I do not see anything similar on the following image posted in the documentation: https://www.sierrachart.com/images/GQ_img1.png I'm competent in Excel. I've done lots of Excel development with live data APIs and VBA. I've never seen this problem in a desktop or browser window spreadsheet or database before. I have attempted to attach the spreadsheet file (20260209_SnP500.scss) but the current form -- https://www.sierrachart.com/Attach.php? would not load it. Please advise, I need working spreadsheets to function with both live data and static Fields for my trade systems. ...I'm having other Spreadsheet problems too but will address them separately as requested. |

Is this from one of the spreadsheet studies, or is this a "standard" spreadsheet (opened by selecting "File >> New Spreadsheet"), or is this a Quote Spreadsheet? It sounds like you opened the spreadsheet as a Quote Spreadsheet as what you state about the symbol repeating in Column B, is how the Quote Spreadsheet works. Refer to the following for the Quote Spreadsheet: Getting Quotes: Quotes on Spreadsheets It sounds like you are probably wanting to use one of the spreadsheet studies. Refer to the following: Spreadsheet Systems, Alerts and Automated Trading Keep in mind that with the spreadsheet studies, the formula columns are setup to copy the formula entered in row 3 down the full row. It may seem a bit odd at first, but it makes perfect sense when you understand how the spreadsheets are setup, and that each row represents one bar of data.
