priviledge is not held by client when trying to do a live trade

I recently had Ironbeam add my entity account to Sierra, now I can't make any live trades. SIM works fine but when I try to do a live trade it beeps and rejects the trade and I get an error message "privilege is not held by client." Looking at basics, it appears that I am properly connected to TETON with Ironbeam as my broker. I have also reached out to Ironbeam in the event that this issue is on their backend. I find this support board confusing any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Please try to place another live trade, and when it fails, get us your "Trade Service Log" by following these instructions:
