I recently had Ironbeam add my entity account to Sierra, now I can't make any live trades. SIM works fine but when I try to do a live trade it beeps and rejects the trade and I get an error message "privilege is not held by client." Looking at basics, it appears that I am properly connected to TETON with Ironbeam as my broker. I have also reached out to Ironbeam in the event that this issue is on their backend. I find this support board confusing any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Cynthia |
