System time and chart time don't match

I have my System time (Global settings >> Time Zone) set to Sydney time and I have my chart time zone (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone) set to "Use Global Time Zone" however the chart time is behind 10 minutes. I'm using a 1 minute chart.

The delay is due to the fact that you are getting the Delayed Streaming Data.

The reason you are getting the Delayed Streaming data instead of real-time is that you have activated a non-professional exchange for the CME Group, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account recently. Therefore, your "Verified Until" date is in the past. When you make a good connection to your live account, then this date updates to 30 days in the future. It must be in the future in order to be able to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates. You can view your Verified Until date at the following link:
