Hello, today i have several strange problems which i normally do not have. First i tell you what i can see. i did several payments which i dont understand, but i payed because i had these problems. After i tried to use SC as datafeed, so i changed to CQG as always but now CQG does not working anymore, i get message: historical data failed, my normal account 122541 but it is not anymore displayed but another account 895210. Now i'am in CQG, charts are displayed, but the datafeed is not running, everything stands still. The coosen market is from the list, i tried with NQ and ES. I had a longer chat with Claude from Anthropic, but they could not help. So i beg you to let me know what i can do. Thank you so much. Markus Hirsbrunner 122541 |

The issue you are having is that you currently do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The exchange that you had active in February did not automatically renew on March 1 due to your having changed your package to the Base Standard package on February 8 - due to this change, the exchanges were deactivated, as you can not get the real-time data on the Base packages.
