The issue you are having is that you currently do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The exchange that you had active in February did not automatically renew on March 1 due to your having changed your package to the Base Standard package on February 8 - due to this change, the exchanges were deactivated, as you can not get the real-time data on the Base packages.

You need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-teim CME Group data at the following link:
