Hi, I'm trying to donwload daily .depth files from Jan25, 2026 for ESH26. The files exist before this date and after February 12. Max Market Depth Data Days to Load = 90, Days to load for Intraday Chart Data type = 90. Requesting "Download Depth Data from 2026-01-24" from the shortcut menu, but instead I see in the Message Log request from March 2. 2026-03-09 08:30:06.188 | HD Request # 9 | Requesting market depth data. Start date-time: 2026-03-02 07:30:05. Symbol: ESH26 2026-03-09 08:30:06.345 | HD Request # 9 | Decompressing data. 2026-03-09 08:30:06.513 | HD Request # 9 | Receiving market depth data for ESH26_FUT_CME starting at 2026-03-02 07:30:05.209000 I've tried "Delete all data and Download" without any result. Please advise |

When right-clicking to force a download of Market Depth data, the setting for "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Max Historical Market Depth Data to Download" is used to determine how far back data can be downloaded. Make sure this is set high enough to go back as far as you are wanting.
