I'm trying to verify my broker account (AMP/CQG) with Sierra Chart in order to access the Denali data feed, but I'm running into errors that are preventing the verification from completing.

When I connect to CQG, I receive the following errors:
"Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol"
"Historical Intraday Data Download Failed - Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed"
How can I fix this?

You have made a good connection to your live account with AMP, as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "April 5, 2026".

The issue is that you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed at this time.

The reason for this is that you have not properly completed the agreements for the CME Group. As such, you were put into the Professional category and the non-professional exchange that you had active in February did not renew. An Account Support Ticket was generated for this, and you should have received an email letting you know that the ticket was opened. You can view this ticket here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets&Ticket=1772252239487705611#ViewTicket

At this time, you need to redo the agreements at the following link. Be sure to enter "AMP" for your "Clearing Firm" and enter your "Account Number" for that account.

Once those agreements are accepted, then you can activate the non-professional exchange options for the CME Group at the following link:
