Dear Sierra Chart Support, I have an iron beam funded futures account which is connected to Teton. I connected it with the app Sierra chart and I see that little (M). Now my problem is that if I want to activate the Denali exchange feed that there is an orange exclamation mark on the Trading account required. What are the next steps I need to take ? Kind Regards |

The orange exclamation mark is just a reminder that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to be able to get the data at the non-professional rates. Your account with Ironbeam meets the requirement. But, we see that you have not properly filled out the Exchange Agreements, as you have to enter a "Clearing Firm" and an "Account Number" for that account. If you do not know your clearing firm, then enter your brokerage name (i.e. Ironbeam). You can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME Once those agreements have been redone and accepted, then you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
