Unable to setup Denali

Hey

When I connect my interactive broker account and get data from there it works without issues.

I know that I have connected my live account.

When I switch back to SC Data (Denali), I am not able to get the real time data, it constantly gives me delayed data.

I made sure to purchase top of book Denali service (please verify)

I have no idea what to do.

The exchange that you had active in February had been deactivated on February 27, 2026, as you were considered a Professional at that time due to how you had filled out the exchange agreements. Therefore, the exchange did not renew on March 1, 2026, which is why you are now getting the delayed data instead of real-time data.

You have since updated your agreements, but the exchange had already been deactivated.
