Hello, My account is currently tagged as CME Professional, but I am a retail trader using a personal brokerage account. Please change my status to CME Non-Professional so I can activate the CME exchange for Denali data feed. Thank you. AMIT KUMAR AGARWAL |

In order to be considered a Non-Professional to get the real-time CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you filled out your Exchange Agreements you did not enter a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number", therefore you could not be set as a "Non-Professional". Once you have worked out the above, then you can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME If you want to be considered a Non-Professional, then you must enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not know the "Clearing Firm" then enter the brokerage name. After the agreements are accepted, then you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
